Ben Bradley
Principal Practitioner​
​
Ben is a registered Mental health Social Worker with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), as well as a trained Behavioural Therapist. With over 15 years of frontline and leadership experience, Ben has worked across diverse environments including schools, family homes, disability services, out-of-home care, not-for-profits and forensic settings.
​
Specialising in high-risk, complex, and challenging presentations, Ben provides therapeutic support in the form of individual, couples, family, and group counselling to children, young people, and adults. His collaborative approach involves working closely with family members and key supports to create holistic, person-centred plans that foster lasting change.

Lucy Degrazia
Senior Manager - Mental Health & Business Services
Lucy is a compassionate and experienced mental health clinician with over 12 years supporting children, youth, and adults across a variety of settings including family homes, out-of-home care and not-for-profits. With expertise in alcohol and other drug (AOD) interventions and mental health care, Lucy has held specialised roles working with complex and challenging clients often involved with child protection and the legal system. Lucy employs evidence-based practices to support individuals with complex and intersecting needs.

Lucy also brings valuable leadership experience, having held management roles where she supervised multidisciplinary teams, guided clinical governance, and supported staff development across community, disability, and forensic settings. Her strategic and empathetic leadership style ensures that service delivery remains responsive, inclusive, and aligned with best practice standards.
