At Courageous Minds our mission is to offer therapeutic services in regional areas for children, youth and adults to have a better understanding and control of their mental health. We aim to break down stigmas and remote barriers to addressing mental health and behaviours of concern through evidence-based, holistic practices. We strive to enhance mental wellness and quality of life.

Our services are particularly valuable in rural and remote areas where support options are often limited, especially for those experiencing complex mental health presentations and behaviours of concern that may fall outside the scope of traditional service models. We provide a safe and supportive environment where all individuals, regardless of cultural, gender or sexual identity are welcomed.
